Our Fee

The fee for our services is 35% of the first year’s tax savings; most other companies charge 50%. If you do not receive a property tax reduction, we will NOT charge any fee.

If your taxes are not reduced, we will file an appeal with the Small Claims Assessment Review (SCAR) of the Supreme Court, State of New York, appear in court on your behalf and present your case. You will be required to pay a non-refundable Court Fee of $30 to file your appeal with SCAR.
